We will come back as had a good time and really enjoyed the hotel. We think it's a perfect base for staying in Halls Gap. It has a quiet and ideal location so close to centre of Halls Gap, resteraunts and Halls Gap & zoo. The staff are caring and excellent and deserve a 3-star rating.

I found our time at Mountain View was just so relaxing. Everything was just perfect. The Host and Hostess were so friendly and efficient. the BBQ pack we ordered for Saturday night was such good value and so fresh. Having the bottle of local wine as part of the BBQ pack just finished it off nicely. Everything was so clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our whole time there. In fact so much that my partner wants to go back asap.

Convenient Location with Amazing Views 🌄
This place is situated in a tranquil area just a short distance from the city center, the township, and even a hiking track on the outskirts of town. the view from here is simply breathtaking. On top of that, it’s only 5 km away from Mt William, making it a great spot for nature lovers.

When checking inn the lady was very welcoming and extremely helpful in providing me a list of things to do whilst in the area and a good local map. There is a good selection of things to do on sight, althought with the amount to do in the area unlikely they will be needed. Room was clean and tidy.
No internet connection wasn't an issue while I was there, but could have been a problem if there for a longer period of time.
